What really makes it less expensiveis that the Req is curses, but its mods apply to Death and Blood instead. The only way this would be of any use is to someone who doesnt even use their second class.

I was gonna say, look at the Staff head ( +5 energy )
that alone is worth a lot. As for the Staff, Its good for any pure
necros... I know most preffer using their secondary prof, but
I've seen some pure Necros before...
Yes I will admit its for only a selected few, but its very powerful
for that few. Besides you can always also change the +6 armor
to a health thing or salvage the staff for the maxed head.
