PC on Gold Axe, Raven Staffs

Hi. I'm new here so hopefully I'm not stepping on some toes by perhaps rehashing these PC's.

I wanna know what these weapons are worth

Icy Spiked Axe of Axe Mastery
Cold Dmg: 6-28 (req 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +13% while Health is above 50%
Axe Mastery +1 (19% while using skills)

Icy War Hammer of Shelter
Cold Dmg: 19-35 (req. 9 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +14% (vs Hexed foes)
Armor +7 (vs Physical attacks)

#3
Insightful Raven Staff of Shelter
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (req. 9 curses)
Improves skill recharge using Divine Favor Skills (chance:16%)
Energy +3
Armor +6 (vs. Physical attacks)

#4
Raven Staff of Fortitude
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (req. 9 blood magic)
Improves Casting Speed using Divine Favor Skills (chance: 19%)
Health +28

For #4, I'd try to salvage but I always get bad luck and get wooden planks...or the non-Health component
