I have a question about the "hard release"

Maybe I'm a dolt, or just deaf and blind, but the pre-release event beginning at 3AM EDT Wednesday, will it or will it not require the full version?

I just stopped in at Best buys to check on how many deluxe edition they are getting (6 for the store by me, THAT IS JUST WRONG ) and it is first come, first serve Thursday the 28th at 11AM (the "hard release", they are not putting it out Wednesday night) pre-order or not (they do have 6 linear feet by 5 vertical feet, or 5 shelves clear for the release though).

Help me ObiWan, you're my only hope.

it says clearly a retail key will not be needed until 11:59 PM of the 28th
a preorder key is good til then

I'm just bummed that I won't have the new ones by Thursday. 48 hours for the lenses to be cut at Costco, and then fitting the next day.

Once I turn this baby on Wednesday morning, I'll be falling asleep here.
