egbame online pre-order Early access key?

I'm pretty excited to start the early access and I wondered how getting the key would work. I pre-ordered through EB Games on 4/23 after all the good reviews my friends gave that played the weekend before. I'm pretty excited about starting as early as possible, but I wonder where do I get my early access key? I went to their website and did a pre-order with "in store pickup" and assumed that an early access key would be emailed to me, or I would at least get some details on how to access the game early. But I got no email and I don't know how to get my early access pass. Anyone care to help me and let me know what steps I need to take to ensure that I get to play at 12:01 AM on the 27th?

I did the same thing. Call the EB location where you will be picking up your preorder and see if they still have any in stock. Even though I already have the necro item on my account, I figured I may as well pick up the bow too since we can have multiple preorder items linked to my account and I preordered from EB online.

I called my EB location and they told me to come by tonight and pick up the preorder boxes. If your EB location still has them in stock you should be good to go for early access. Good Luck!

EB should have given you a pre-order box if they had any left. The pre-order box would have had the beta key that gives you early access on the 27th at 12am PST-3am EST.
If they had no pre-order boxes left, you will have to wait till thursday to play when you pick up the retail box.

I went inside the store and the guy gave me a pre-order box when i placed my $5 deposit.
