Unlocked Skills Checklist...

Was making a list of the skills i hadnt unlocked yet, and decided that i'd make a full list, with locations so that anyone could use it to check off skills and keep track of what they had.

It allows you to sort locked, and unlocked skills, skills by location, elites...
