E/Mo Farming Setup

I recently just changed my sec profession to monk, and i was wondering if there was a thread on this kind of build with what skills and attributes.

Yes they are thread about that. Use the search buttons. I did post my build few times, there was one post about a "crazy farming video" from a E/Mo.

Quickly:

10 Protective prayers
10 Smithing
remaining in energy storage (+ Sup. Runes + Head)

1) Divine Boon
2) Guardian
3) Balthazar Aura
4) Ether Renewal
5) Protective Spirit
6) Zealot's fire
7) Aura of restauration
8) Retribution

Cast Retribution, zealot's and aura before the battle.
Get near ennemies, cast protective spirit, balthazar aura, guardian, ether renewal, spam divine boon.

If they are not dead, recast balthazar aura when it's available and ether renewal.. continue spamming divine boon..

You should even use the icon given by the collector outside port sledge, it requires energy storage and it is 20/20 on energy storage skills (really great when ether renewal is on that).

And... I hope nobody will tell me divine boon is useless for a monk secondary. My answer : it is SPAMMABLE and has almost no energy cost and no cool down. Really great with zealot's fire... and ether renewal.

I've been searching these forums for a few days, for E/Mo builds, and despite every thread saying "Search the forums, there are plenty posted already", I never found them.

And those that I did, were shit (or I couldn't use them properly :P). Either way, yours works. I tweaked Essence Bond into Retributions slot, but either of the two variants worked just fine.

it is true that Elementalists farming build have not been explained here
some people just gave their builds, sometimes without giving the characteristics points or any kind of explanation
and it's a little difficult to sort out what is just bragging ("yeah I killed like hundred at the same time") and what is not

I farm with my ele using PBAOE spells and mist form (No physical damage for X seconds). Disenchanters are my nightmare so I avoid them and stick to killing physical damage stuff.
