how u put images onto forum?

For selling stuff I think it'd be a lot easier to put the image on the item onto forum rather than type it, so, how do you do that? ive got the image of the item saved as a .bmp file, how i put it onto forum?

You need to find an image host. I recommend http://www.imagecave.com
Once you have that, upload your screenshots (try to crop them using Paint so they aren't HUGE) to the host. Then use [ img ]the pictures URL goes here [ /img ] (without spaces).
