Not sure if this has been mentioned or even asked...But, since we can have 4 characters at one time, does that mean we can be in 4 different guilds? (one for each character) or will we only be allowed to be in one guild at a time? Thanks in advance to those that help answer this.

If you join a guild, your entire account is tied to that guild.

this is for your own good.

say your in 4 different guilds, 3 of them could be dummy guilds just to get your real guilds rank higher.

It also helps because say you play both a Tank and a Healer. Today, your guild needs a healer, so you take out Healer the Monk. Tomorrow, alright, we have enough healers, we could use a tank, so you bring Tank the Warrior to a GvG battle.

Also, it prevents you from playing with one guild to learn their strategies and play style, and then going to one of your other guilds with that information and defeating your teammates. Not a real friendly thing. Tying the entire account promotes loyalty, if nothing else.

We had 8 officers plus the leader at one time last beta. I have no idea if there even is a limit though.

Another good thing on this limitation is that you don't have to invite multiple characters of one person into your guild.

This saves places for more members cause its really a difference if you have 4 different players or only one taking 4 spots away with its characters.

Unfortunately, it also means that if you want to be in a primarily PvE or exploring guild, but also play GvG, you'll have to have two accounts and join two different guilds, because there's no way your PvE guild will ever be able to compete with dedicated GvGers. And it's unlikely a dedicated GvG player is going to want to go out stargazing with you.

Is there anyway to promote someone to a second leader or something of the sort? I'm just an officer in my bf's guild [he created it, but we run it together o.o;], so yeah just asking.

I'm sad we have to make our guild cape again, but then again it isn't expensive liek it was in March BWE O_O

Can't wait to get the guild hall a nice little place to escape the busy districts >^_^<

My friends want to make a guild but since I can only be in one i'm sticking with the Wayward Wanderers, there wouldn't be a reason for another one anyway.

We dont' do PvP yet, since... we only have two members beside ourselves and those two share a computer and such o_o;

But anyway... o_o;

EDIT: Oh yeah, and we hope to go PvP or GvG at some point for competitions or the like... But until then we are PvE, but we base our guild on stratagy [SP?] and various builds to handle almost anything. We would mostly do it for fun anyway, but I would like to get into a competition once for fun to see how well we can do...
