Buying a Smiting Staff/Upgrades

I'm looking to buy the following:

(Defensive) Smiting Staff (Of Fortitude)
11-22 Damage Min Req
+5 Energy (While enchanted)-If there is on for staff.
Improves Casting Speed 7-10%
Improves Recharge Speed 7-10%
(+5 Armor)
(+25 Health)

The ones in the brackets are optional although if u have those upgrades, I would like to buy them. I would like just two of those mods. If you don't have those upgrades on the staff, I don't really want it... Unless i can take them off somehow. Also put price and IGN please. Thanks Ive got an upgrade: +23 health (wrapping of fortitude)
