I didn't find him all that difficult, really...?
Wolves tried to interupt me every two seconds until I got Beast Mastery of three, that was more bothersome that this cat guy. I could always go down with BM of 5 or 6 and try, I was just wondering if anyone else had tried before I do.

You can't tame fiends... I try it be4, unless its a diffirent monster
And I thought beast mastery dont affect charm's success rate.

I tamed a wolf with ease, but I had a few levels of beast mastery so I don't know if that affected it.
