Effect-on-Termination Enchantments

Just wondering: if an enchantment such as Illusion of Weakness - which restores health when it ends - is stripped from a player by the opposition, does the termination effect still take place? If so, does this apply to all spells of this type?

Yes, the effect still take place... nice huh?

but of course... there are time when you still have full hp and they strip you anyway... then not nice.
