the bummer on this hammer is the req.12 and the -5 energy. I have a great hammer that is maxed out and minus 5 energy off of my mana leaves me with 22 which is enough to cast 4 spells instead of 5...even tho its a bummer for all of this its still a 5 life stealing. you should be able to sell this hammer for AT LEAST 60k. with the 29 hp bumps it up to maybe 80k..but you have to find the person that wants a hammer like this. Any joe schmoe will only give like 40k or 50k. good luck
