Simple Skill Message System

Has anyone proposed a system where if anyone on in your party casts a spell or uses a skill, a textbox appears above their head(just like when you ctrl+click something) announcing that spell/skill they used.

Ofcourse it would only be announced in your party and it would really be much easier for those people who don't have vent/ts.

It seems like a pretty small feature they could implement without too much problem.

If anyone has already proposed something like this (I'm guessing they have) could you please link it in a post?

Each player can announce whatever they are doing by holding down CTRL as they do whatever action. Only your party sees it. Having it spam across the screen would get in the way IMHO and would be pointless.

Could you imagine the rapid fire skills and spells blinking across in red lettering? You'd set someone up for a seizure...
