cheap builds

ok im fairly new ( less than 1 month of gaming) so im not rich, can anyone give pointers to make a cheap build? that can farm fairly well

Don't farm. thats the quick way... most anything you will end up needing you will get in drops of from quests.
And almost all builds can farm at higher levels.
