Same Sword Class, Dieffenet looks ?

Hi,
i just saw some pictures of Long Swords here last night and it looked great, so i decided to drop my spatha, searach an 15% while enchanted max Long Sword and equip it with +5 Pommel and Fire Dmg.
Then i went to the Arena to take a look at my Sword and i had to notice it is not a fine silver shimmering Long Sword but rather a black short piece of Crap.

I didnt buy a Gold or Purple one and so i thought it there might be different styles for different colours or something... Or are there just different Styles for Long Swords anyway and i didnt notice it.

That's not what he's talking about.

The longsword you got (the short black one) is the collector's longsword. Longswords that are found as drops look different then this (the long, silver kind you wanted). Some weapons do have multiple models for them, longsword being an example.

so i'll try to get a better looking sword... thousands of gold wasted ^^

no the long sword has 1 skin and the collector long sword has another skin
just look at it in the trade window, if its all black and crap its not gonna appear silver and awesome looking on your guy.







ive never FOUND the black one from a drop only from collectors and quest rewards

That sword graphic rocks. I use it myself on my warrior. Black 15 plate, black magmas shield with the black longsword looks wicked.
