Mounts?

Im sure someone has said this already and i dont like WoW much but it would be nice to have mounts(horses,dragons,big ducks,etc). They could or couldnt go in towns but it would be like a pet and you could name it and for missions it could take you places faster. It could have so much energy and when the energy runs out it goes normal speed until energy charges up. It would also be fun to be able to fight from your mount. Flight would also be fun but i think that is a little too much to hope for. If there was flight there would have to be airborne enemies as well. I hope someone out there enjoyed my suggestion. i dont know, in WoW you cant teleport like in GW, so thats GW's way to make up for mounts.

Besides that would make it super easy to just blow past enemies without fighting them.

There could be mount areas where theyd be allowed but overall it wouldnt work the same

Yes it wouldnt be the same as in WoW because of the teleportation but there could be quest that restart if you teleport so u have to use the mount. And about blowing past enenies they could have mounts too and the mounts wouldnt be signifigantly faster than the NPCs it would be kind of like having sprint on you or something. And like i said with flying there could be monster in the air too.

Have them but disable spell casting from mounts.

Why would you want to get somewhere faster? You should be fighting your way everywhere? Unless you are a runner? And you aren't supposed to be a runner? So I would say that mounts are not necessary for the game.
