Can you please have a look at these items and tell me what I should get/ask for them? I know there're a lot and many aren't great, but there's no point me selling them for peanuts at the seller even if I can get a few hundred. I think there are a few that should sell ok. Also I really need the money, so I'd like to sell these if possible and free up some space, though I'll probably do it elsewhere.
I may try and auction or sell in game. Not sure yet. Thanks for your advice.

id say none are worth more than a few hundred, cept MABYE the axe grip of fortitude. precious means the merchant will give extra gold when u sell to him

I think you can sell the earth wand for around 4k. others basically couple hundreds gold
