guestion about ranger/monk skills?

i loking for melandruns arrows and poison arrow(elite) skill so where i can get those two skills and which one of those is better?and whath monk skills i need to use i to i can kill lots of minotaurs ecause i just whathc video from where w/monk kills over 5 minotaurs so can ranger do same whath thath warrior and whath are the best skilsl whath i need to use for my ranger/monk to i can kill over 5 minotaurs whit out diening and where do i can get those skills? and im using these skills when im killing monsters power shot,penetratking shot,storm chasher,apply poison,troll unugeament,ehal arena,healing breeze, and divine boon is this skills good? i need help for fast!

Poison Arrow is in Whitman's Folly (east of Droknors). There is a Grawl there that has the ranger skill. Lots of grawl bosses there and they each have elites for each proffesion. I found mine somewhere near the port area. Just search all over and look for the green hued guy and capture him.
Easy kill with henchies.

Search for the other one. This feature works wonders, and doesn't criticize you when you put text in it, as some people would.
