basically best to be used against warriors in pvp combining this with blinding flash/glimmering mark. makes it so that the pesky warrior has no chance in hell to hit you while this thing is on.
heres a funny fact. a warrior's droks armor goes down to 60 when you take into account the fact air spells penetrate armor. Thats the drok armor rate of an ele.. an when used on a fellow ele it goes down to 45. oh lord, i love air magic.. should do more dmg though

Skills offered in the Courthouse, Ice Cave, Ascalon Settlement, Mabuuma Stade, and the Southern Shiverpeaks cities (except droks), are all NON-QUEST reward skills.
