Bull's Eye - Bow Attack [Marksmanship]

If this attack hits, your target is blinded for 6-12 seconds.

15 energy - 0 casting time - 30 seconds recharge time.


Maybe energy cost or recharge can be changed, but I think you get the point. A bow attack that blinds target foe. Per 2 marksmanship, your target is blinded 1 second longer. Any comments please?

While nice it's a bit too overpowered. The only other skill close to this skill is the mesmer elite SIGNET OF MIDNIGHT.

Maybe if it were elite then it would be more vialbe?

If it is an Elite, I think the cost should be 10 energy or so. Throw Dirt is only 5 energy, but that's 45 recharge and that's no Elite

It can't be used at a distance though. Yes it could use some tweaking if it were made elite. A nice idea for a skill. Though i think the skilset on the rangers is nice enough atm.

what need does this skill fill? aren't there enough ways of countering warriors without adding yet another skill?
