Black dye as reward for completing a certain quest

Since black dye is outrageously expensive and rare, perhaps Anet could implement a new quest that you can only get once at Amber Light Camp in which the reward is a black dye. This quest can only be done once of course. What do you think?

No thanks. I'd rather get something useful that I can actually use, like a sup. vig rune.

Can you make runes customized? If so, I'd like a customized vig rune, please.

Sure, the black dye might make me prettier looking, but I'd rather have an ugly looking guy surrounded by corpses than a pretty looking corpse surrounded by ugly guys.
