Older characters with Monk secondaries dont have access to it, but newer characters will as ArenaNet included those skills in monk secondaries in one of their updates.


Thats a quote from skill listings, is this true.

I have a w/m and want to check if i can get him healing breeze?

my elemonk has had healing breeze for a long time

i forget where i got it but it was around the courthouse area or not much higher (may have chenged)
