how can you have a lvl of 16 in death? i thought it stopped at 12.

All skills can go up to L16 from L12 with Superior runes (+3) and a head piece (+1). Some enhancements on gear will give you a 20% chance of going up yet one more level to 17. Also, Necros have a skill to take their Blood or Curse skills up two more levels (18 max usually, 19 if the 20% gear kicks in), and Eles have a Glyph to go up two levels for any Elemental attribute (max 18-19 as well).

Do they scatter or not? Otherwise I'm bringing this to abbadons mouth or whatever because enemies like to crowd around your monks and having an unnerfed AoE nuke besides barrage really helps.

I don't think I've ever seen them scatter when I use this skill near them. Sometimes my group will retreat just far enough that the baddies will follow and leave the aoe of WoS, but I've never seen them run from the well itself. [But I run like MAD away from those things.]

Wells cuase, from my experience, a "weird" effect post nerf of AoE. They dont scatter under wells..they just act "differently".
I've had enemies not enter the well zone, just stand outside and get owned by caster types standing in the well, I've also had enemies just Stop....And do nothing...When a well comes up around them. But for the most part their normal.
BTW - this is with any Well, not just suffering. which BTW is probably the worst Well choice IMO (except for PvE - then in some areas its better than profane)

can someone tell me if you can have multiple wells like this going on at once to give people -8 health regen or something? if so i wanna get 16 death and combo with +staff/focus and the skill awaken the blood
