energy is only 7 where the perfect is 10. It's not max damage, so thats another downside. Good armor +5 always though; possibly salvage the weapon for that.

The staff is garbage, but both of the upgrades are nice, so expert salvage it and sell the +5 armor for around 3K or the +4 energy for around 10K.
