Expansion Pack - more player slots??

Hi All,

Just a quick post to see if anyones heard anything about the expansion packs giving you more player slots?

I've used up all 4 of mine now and wouldnt mind having a go at a Ranger or Necromancer! I'd buy the game again but that just means when the expansion packs are released i'll have to buy 2 of those as well!

If you could let me know that would be great as i think we could all do with 6 slots so we can cover all character classes.

i wished they increased the slots to 6; adding 2 more slots to the current release of GW with the big summer update. I have played all professions except primary mesmer and monk. it would be great to at least have one primary profession of each character.

The expansion is still months away (it's planned for an early 2006 release as far as they have announced). There is little assurance of what is going to be in it since there is hardly any information about it. Your guess is as good as anyone's here.

Probably the best bit of information for now. I'm sure with time they will release new information, so be patient.

If they make new professions and races, it's very likely we will get more slots. Slots should be easy to implement and it doesn't take that much resources (just storage of extra data, doesn't even take bandwidth).

Aw, thank you for the correction. I guess I was just hoping it was early 2006, sigh.

i am working on my 4th character and it sadens me maybe more storage slots would help me offset this as my other characters are nothing more than powerful vaults

there is some good news

Chapter 3+ should be every 6 months

so we should see both Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 next year
