WTB: Wands/Rods with +energy and +skill recharge

I don't care what kind of wand/rod it is, but it must have these properties:

+3-5 energy > 50% health (more desired) OR +3-5 energy when enchanted (less desired)

+8-10% skill recharge OR +15-20% skill recharge with healing prayers OR protection prayers.

I'll pay a good amount for the right wand. Let me know what you have!
