Note that the explosion has an area of effect, so that foes nearby the foe which has been shoot will take damage as well.
Just wanted to mention it because it is not explained in the description.
Also, that when using Dual Shot with Ignite Arrows both arrows explode.

Ignite Arrows
• Pre-Sear Quest (Unnatural Growths, 250xp) from Aidan in Wizard's Folly, Look for the fishing village to the south, is around towards the south-east of where Arnaud the merchant is and south of the portal to Regent Valley
• Purchase from Skills Trader Sir Bertran in Ascalon City, Opposite the Training Yard between a couple of tents

A good thing to note is that this skill now causes the enemies to flee as an AoE effect.

All take note that there are skill differences.
Kindle Arrows, acquired LATER ON in the game, does extra damage, but no AoE damage.
Ignire Arrows does AoE damage. Not sure if they both hit for "fire" damage or what.

They do both hit, and they both hit for the AoE damage. My ranger is a total nuker with simple ignite/dual arrows. It's cool to see 20 yellow numbers show up against a group of 5 monsters, and if you can get tanks to keep monsters in one place, you can clear up a bunch of baddies quickly.

Little opposition against that first sentence. Kindle arrows does not to AoE.

There are 2 skills i want Dual shot and Ignite arrows and both i cant Buy at the skill sellers who said the are selling. So can someone help me out.

Actually, I think you get the AoE Damage even if it is Blocked/Evaded, but not if it Misses.
Kindle Arrows turns the arrow damage into fire, does additional fire damage.
Ignite Arrows does not affect arrow damage, deals additional AoE fire damage that does cause scatter.

If it misses, the damage is directed where the arrows land, thus even dodgind may result to dmg to someone. Good vs bunched spirit clusters.

I'm not a big fan of this skill. If you want a preperation go with Apply Poison or Read the Wind. If you are looking for AoE damage for a Ranger then go with Barrage.
