If you come to post something on a message board, expect flak to come your way. It's just the way things work, especially if you include qualifiers like "godly."
A godly storm bow? 15-28 damage, 8 req Marksmanship, 15%>50%HP (Not stance, although that's debatable), and two perfect modifiers (enchanting max is 20%).
And jealousy isn't as obvious a crime as vanity, in this situation

Ok, Lasareth i agree me attitude might be terrable but... if u were excited about this drop u got and u posted it on the forms. Wouldn't u like praises over being critasised over it. And half of them are jelous belive me i have done my share of its not very good over jeolousy. I had a drop once with 3 gold items and a couple purples,and some armors off 15 baddies once. Two of the golds were perfect perfect. But those days are long gone.
I did have a double ecto drop here recently though, Friday I think, but that was it for whole run, rest was non max white stuff and demonic remains and residue.
But any gold storm bow regardless of req is going to have a buyer period. Storm bows suck, and people that use them use for the look, so they won't care if it is a 15 requirememt, as long as it has the look a storm bow has.

I don't even feel an ounce of jealousy. I honestly can say I feel you overrated this item. My ranger's marksmanship is no more than 12 most of the time (after runes). I just feel adding more points to get that 13 is useless compared to other stuff I can put it in.

To be honest, and this isn't jealousy - I'm getting so tired of Protective Bond UW Farmers. UW is meant to be the hardest explorable area in the game, right? Then why does it appear to be one of the most farmed? I believe ANet need to get the nerf bat out, not make it useless - but stop it being so easy to farm.

Give the aataxes "shatter enchant" boom now all those monks wasted 200k on their runes that are now what. next to worthless. Im tired of them to. Then when i go in there and play it how its suppose to be played i end up getting crap. crap. and oh somre more crap. I would like to see it nerfed and see how many 105 monks yell and scream.

Decent drop, true, yet it does not warrant a post saying "look at me, I used some blueprint build and got a semi-decent drop" I think a congrats is in order, but I don't think that you should go around posting about something like this, regardless of what you happen to pick up. People aren't often impressed by other people bragging at what they obtained by copying someone elses build.

I'm not your typical 'Invincimonk', though my build is similar to theirs. I'm an E/Mo though, and I can survive monsters that have shatter enchantment.
The thing that really gets in my way is necros that can destroy all your enchantments at once.
As to the drop, an gold max damage item will sell for a bit, vut with req. 13 it's not all that wonderful.
