Ok. I need a cane now (req. illusion OR domination).

Req's:
- req. not more than 12 points
- energy +4/+5 while hp above 50%
- improves skill recharge / casting speed ON ALL SKILLS
- improves skill recharge / casting speed DOMINATION or ILLUSION
