Attunement Stacking?

Okay, for monks and protection prayers it matters in what order you cast enchantments, as if you cast them in one order they are more effective.

I've got a Fire Elementalist, I want to know if Elemental and Fire Attunements stack like this or independantly.

So is it just 30% + 50% = 80%

Or something more like 50% + (30% of 50%)
