lol, good point; I missed that Well lets see, GOLD storm bow, unIDed, has probably a 1% chance of being what people really want (15% above 50% or while enchanted) and worth 1 million gold, and a 99% chance of having a crappy mod but still being worth 50 to 100K, so I would say its true value is about 101K. However, people tend to not think very logically when it comes to a gamble (check out lotteries, for example), and you could probably sell it for 250K unIDed to some kid who failed math but loves repetitive actions like farming.
