Help me out with a PC of a Gold Ivory Bow

Hi guys, could use your help with a price check on this bow (check the pic below) and what kind of mod to put in to make it more valuable? oh and would like to know what is the rarest bow and whether ivory bow is considered a rare bow. thanks a lot guys
