When this site first opened at the beginning of the month, the staff here felt we were both capable of and the forums were small enough that we could watch over them ourselves. We've all been in charge of forums at various times in the past so we decided that there was no pressing need for any moderators. Not when adding a moderation team would mean having nearly as many staff memebers as there were posters. However, since opening and especially since the BWE this site has experienced rapid growth. And while we couldn't be more pleased it's become apparent that the workload of watching over the forums and running the sites all by ourselves has become a bit too much to bear. Simply put, we need some help. So, it is with great pleasure that I introduce that help namely, Aladdar.
Our former Site Contributor will be this forum's first moderator. Congratulations Aladdar and good luck holding everyone to the standards of our site's guidelines.
