20% faster cast fire wand?

did some searches for it and could not find it. does it exist?

not that I have either seen or heard... but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist... perhaps it is a trader item. From what I have heard the max you will get from a drop is 15%.

I'm pretty sure you can get it from a collector in snake dance. If you really want it send me a pm and i'll run there for you.

there's a fire wand collector in snake dance but its recharge, not fast cast.

If it's recharge, then that's probably the one I was thinking about. I don't remember the guy's name. I don't bother with wands.
