Why 200k for the raven staff???
The +1 healing prayers mod doesn't even match the staff, seeing as the staff is a curse staff. +5 energy, sure, quick recovery from disease (not too useful...)

That's an outrageous price, look forward to keeping that thing stuck in your inventory.
