Where are the shield mods for rangers?

So, i have found probably the majority of shields with +1 healing, protection, smiting, domination, blood magic etc etc but i still haven't found a +1 wilderness survival or expertise.

Why?

I'm sorry if someone somewhere has got one of these shield mods but if i am correct in my observations, why haven't you (ArenaNet) made such mods available?
My ranger sometimes switches secondary to warrior for some fun and wields a "nooby axe of daft secondaries, hit me now you pesky warrior" so can we have some ranger mods?

I can only assume that rangers primary weapon is bow. So... yeah that takes both hands.

Although in trapper mode, primary weap is a staff (for the plus energy), but that's still two handed.

Hmm... staff wrapping of wilderness survival.

I like it.

Incase no one here has been in the HoH or even random arenas before, R/W agility warrior is rather common.
