Very useful to finding out how many enchantments a person has before you use rend enchantments.

PvP skill to be used vs. certain things.

PvE mobs dont tend to use alot of Enchantments, and especially not spam them on the whole group, whereas in PvP you have protection monks...I'd like to watch a protection monk after they meet a team with a few of these skillbar'ed.
