3 appearances per armor type.

Character personalization is extremely small. The one thing that annoyed me in most mmorpg's (except CoH) was the fact you looked like everyone else..just different colors.

I'd like to see an option to select from three different looks PER type of armor...(minus collectors)

Like if you could craft a pair of gloves...you would be able to make them look like one of three choices and color them what you would like with dye. So, the mixing and matching of different colors and armor would really seperate you from the crowd. The three different armor appearances per type of armor would not be different in stats..just appearance.

why not just make more sets of armor ?

I think we need a little bit of both of the above suggestions.

Yeah, definitely more types of armor. Otherwise it'll be kind of like the capes...15 diffrent versions of flames and skulls.
