does anyone know where the special access page is to enter your preorder cd key? the faq mentions it. i guess it is something that launches from within the game b/c i can't find it anywhere.
You load Guild Wars, create an account, and put in the CD-key. That's what it was like earlier, although I find it difficult that they would change it for any reason. So yes, your assumptions are correct, you bind the key to your account in the client.
