Does anyone Know who gives this item Please?

+5 energy
+10 energy
+20% longer enchantments
20% faster casting of smiting skills
20% faster recharge on smiting skills

Someone is selling this item as an item gotten from a collector. I have searched forums and in game for it but cant find it anywhere. The nearest i have found is this item from a Crystal Desert Collector;

Smiting Rod (light dmg:11-12, req. 9 smiting prayers)
Energy +10
Improves Casting Speed using Smiting Prayers (20%chance)
Improves Skill Recharge using Smiting Prayers (20%chance)

As you can see it doesnt have the extra +5 energy, +10 energy, or the +20% longer enchantments.

Um... no.

Its more likely that the Staff is this:

Smiting Staff:
11-22 dmg (req.9)
+10 energy
20% faster casting of smiting skills
20% faster recharge on smiting skills

Then the guy added the Insightful Staff Head +5 and the Enchanting Wrap 20% himself. There is no collector who is giving away perfect upgrades.

you can upgrade the collectors item to a max of 15 nrg, not 25. also, the 20% longer enchants is an upgrade as well.

there is a collectors item that is
10 nrg
20% casting/20% recharge for smite.

In any case those r some NICE stats for a staf that only req. 9

From the collector a while ago, i suspected the item for sale had been upgraded by the seller, but was just a bit concerned that maybe in all my hours of playing i may have missed that 'Perfect' Staff along the way.
