All of the Monk's res spells have their ups and downs. Restore Life brings the fallen ally back to life with more health and energy than the others, but has the downside that you have to "touch" the person who is being raised. As we all know, this usually a no-no for Monk's. However, a pure healer can still make use of this spell.

Well, it's only one skill, which is useful if you're a Monk secondary. It's OK for Warriors since they're generally near you, and are short on spare skill slots.

Also good for Me/Mo because fast casting makes a big difference.
