Max Dmg Axe and Smite off hand

Max damage axe, perfer not to have any mods on it, so clean I think its called? Is the +20% dmg while above 50% health or while in stance a mod from a grip or head? I like the way Chaos axes look. It has to look cool too.

And the off hand, I think a collector has one like it, but I can't seem to find the collector:
+12 energy (req smite, not healing or prot)
+15 energy (usually conditional)
+30 hp
-1 eng regen

One like that or better prefered

max on axe is 6-28 and +15% over 50% is the most. They only have up to +20% while hexed or under 50%. I have a +19% under 50% white axe req 8 and max damage for around 30k.

So no news on the ank then? Whats the white axe look like?
