Critique/Suggestions for my Healer build

It's not sexy, but here it is...
Mo/E
Healing: 15 (12 + Major Healing + Servant's Scalp Design)
Divine Favor: 13 (11 + Major Divine Favor)
Protection: 4 (3 + Minor Protection)
Attribute Points left: 5 (I'm waiting to fulfill the other 15 attribute point quest so I can pump it into Divine Favor)
Skills:
Healing Breeze
Orison of Healing
Word of Healing (E)
Dwayna's Kiss
Healing Touch
Healing Seed/Vigorous Spirit
Signet of Devotion/Divine Boon/Signet of Capture
Resotre Life
Strategy: This is a PvE character (20th level currently in Southern Shiverpeaks). I usually use Healing Breeze as my first self heal unless I'm getting focused, then I use Healing Touch. I also use Healing Breeze for others suffering from DoT effects. I use Orison for quick heals wherever needed. Dwayna's is reserved for those suffering from hexes or enchantments. WoH is my emergency heal, etc. You get the picture.
My basic question is this: Are there any things I can do differently; any tweaks I can make? I usually don't get into energy problems unless we're under heavy fire. I also have one of the +27en/-1er focus items, so energy isn't usually a problem.
Another question is what would I have to do differently if I wanted to enter this character into some basic PvP?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance! I would prefer healing hands over healing seed because you can target yourself Other than that it looks good, except you need a superior rune for healing, which is about 70k

In PvE Rebirth is generally considered better than Restore Life since often the enemy mobs will be camping over dead teammates so Rebirth is rather useful in resurrecting them safely.

orison of healing is pretty shabby
im not a big fan of major/sup vigors but say you went 12/12/11 in healing/divine/protection. You could then use RoF or mend ailment instead of orison.

jesh
I have 12 healing, 12 protection, 12 divine, and I use both orison and RoF. Of course, I also use Divine Boon. RoF is a little better, bit it doesn't look like he wants to be a hybrid build. Word is a crappy elite imo. Not only do you need to have a target in danger for it to be any good, it's not any more effective than heal other. I'd rather use shield of regen, healing hands, spellbreaker.. geez, anything.

What's with all these people going pure class as if they're that much stronger?
"Spreading points too thin?"
Good, that means you're not covering your weaknesses...
Monks have an obvious one... Dmg input. They eat damage like a kid in a candy store on a free giveaway day.
Mo/E has Earth with Wards begging for it. PvE? Last I checked, when you fight a mob of enemies, they tend to stay on your characters. In PvE, moving around a LOT is asking to get ganked so a Ward for a PvE Mo/E should be a default. No questions asked.
Instead of going Divine, Healing, Protection, sub in Earth Magic instead of Protection.
10+2 Healing Prayers, 10+1 Divine Favor, 11 Earth Magic.
Ward Against Melee is a godsend for PvE mobs [most of which are melee types]. The fact that wards can only be countered via interruption definitely helps. Armor of Earth turns a monk's armor to beyond that of a warrior with this build. Monk usually end up tanking more than warriors, sometimes.
Add Eruption in there to start the fight if you want to blind every foe, however, in terms of defensive capability, you can actually go 11 Water Magic and get Mist Armor and Blurred Vision. Excellent skills with good recycle time.
Running low on energy? [it happens to everyone in some situations so don't even say it doesn't] Elementalist Glyphs of Lesser Energy and Energy are GODsends.
Mo/E is safer for me when he casts something on the 5 or so enemies I'm tanking, OR I bring the mob into the ward for all my teammates to mulch.

A personal favorite skill of mine is Divine Healing. If you have your Divine Favor cranked up it will heal you and nearby allies for 200+ hp PLUS the Divine Favor bonus. The downside is that it takes 60 seconds to recharge. However somewhere in the South Shiverpeaks you can get a Holy Rod that gives a 20% to increase skill recharge of DF skills.

Thanks in advance! So basic PVP I would assume is arena. I would firstly recomend droppind that second major rune on your monk. Go with minor divine favor instead. That 50 hp makes worlds of differance. For even just basic pvp I recomend a condition and or hex removal spell, like mend ailment or remove hex.
Since you have no energy management spells (Ie ones that net you energy).
I recommend never taking boon into battle. Thats something for a mo-/me/ne who is able to keep up with the energy demand. However if you sub out WOH for Infuse health or heal other and use your elite spot for Peace and harmony you might have a slightly easier time.
A decent starting point would be this.
Healing breeze
orison of healing
healing touch
mend ailment/remove hex
signit of devotion
..........
not sure about the rest but its a start. Its getting late here. cyas.

I don't have Healing Hands yet (if I'm not mistaken, you get that during the three island missions, right?). Question: Is the extra point in Healing worth the -25 health that you get from a superior rune over a major rune? Since I'm not into heavey duty farming, I don't have gobs of cash on hand; my bank account is usually floating around 3-5K. Now that I have Droknar's armor and it's infused, my cash flow should be increasing. But it'll take me a while to get the 70K for a superior rune.
Thanks for the input!

Thanks for the input. Is there really a difference between OoH and RoF? Aren't they really six of one, half a dozen of another? OoH at 12 Healing does something like 67 + 35 (for the 12 in Divine Favor). Doesn't RoF roughly do the same? Besides, RoF is only good if you're under attack. If you cast it and they don't attack you, all you get is the DF bonus.
Don't get me wrong, I like RoF, but in PvE I would most likely be bringing the Lina with me anyway (the Protection Monk). If I was going into a PUG, I might do the three attribute thing.

The only elites I have are Word of Healing and Shield of Regeneration. Currently as a pure Healer, WoH is where it's at. I'm surprised you don't think highly of WoH. When used correctly, isn't it more effective than Heal Other? 5en VS 10en, if I'm not mistaken (though I think the recharge is a little higher for WoH).

Thank you! I agree, even with minimal Protection, Mend Ailment is a great spell.
