I like the new changes to Guild Wars !

What changes am I talking about?

Take a look at your Armor Penetration bonuses.
Take a look your skill recharge bonuses.
Take a look at your faster casting bonuses.

No more chance !

I really like these changes, and finally the 12/20/20 items are useful (since they never were). If any other atributes got there chances deleted, please tell me !

Was there a faction system update or a faster way introduced at gaining skillpoints at level 20? Were the overpowered skills fixed?
Was there any unscripted challanging PvE content introduced?

There is a 20% chance for your skills to have faster casting or recharge with some items. 10/20/20 is an item that gives 20% chance for both casting and recharge, along with 10 energy.

He says it changed to a flat 20% bonus to casting speed / recharge? Same thing with Armor Penetration?

It still says '(Chance: 20%)'.

The warrior strength description appears to be the same as well.

I have no idea what they are talking about.

Probably means one of the hammers you get in Ascalon City for a quest (11-17 damage, furious 10/10, armor penetration 10% always)
