WTB 16 armor tactics shield, -2 or -3 dmg while enchanted

hey guys, im looking for a -3 damage while enchanted shield with a tactics requirement no higher than 11. while enchanted only. thanks

I have a 16 Armor -2 While Enchanted Gold Round Shield, requiring 10 Tactics

-2 is the best you can get for enchanted mod, -3 is when hexed

I have a 16 armor skeleton shield req9 tactics with

-1 dmg when enchanted
-2 dmg in a stance

-3 dmg while enchanted doesnt exist. i have a -2 dmg while enchanted crude shield, req 8
