Earlier, i decided to help a few people out on the Northern wall mission and the bonus.
Two quest items dropped for myself and two dropped for a necromancer on our team.
When we had collected them all and it was time to finish the bonus, the scumbag necro disconnected and took the pieces with him.
He didn't lose connection...he did it deliberately.
How do i know? He was refusing to move when i told him to take the quest items to the ghost and he drew on the compass to annoy us.
I'm sure he was one of those twelve year olds who sit at their pc after school and just annoy people.
It didn't bother me personally because i don't need the mission obviously but i was thinking about the warrior on our team, who was trying really hard to make a contribution.
We continued on our way to get him the main mission anyway. He said "thankyou" at the end, which was nice.
Anet, why are the pieces dropped for different members? Can you figure a different way...perhaps drop them all for the leader?
How about quest items that the disconnected player had, "drop on the floor" when such instances occur? Or am i the only one who has been griefed in such a way?

Well although there should be something better in place, anything "leader only" is not a good idea. Imagine if the leader kept logging out in Iron Mines?

I think that they should be given to all the players and then they have to finish bonus by themselves.
