There should be a feature, such as a drag adn drop, so that once a aprty is formed, each member has the option to reorganize their party list to their own liking. This will save the hassel of having to kick people and have them rejoin and such. Also some people like different orders.

This would a nice and easy feature to implement, as long as they make it so it doesn't move about once the mission starts or when not in town.

Also make it so only the leader can switch them about
