Hi i did a search but i couldn't find much.

Its:

Armor 16 (9 Tactics)
Armor +6 (vs. Cold Attacks)

Also how roughly do you work out the prices of different items?

this sheiled is only good against cold attacks...thats about it.... prolly under 1k
