Wrong Preorder Item

I preordered my copy from Gamestop.

So today when I put in my early access code, I find that somehow the key they gave me doesn't seem to be the right one.

Instead of having the Gamestop hammer, I have the Chimeric Prism and as you can see it also says European preorder. I'm canadian but last time I checked Canada was in the americas! Any idea what's going on?

Here's the email from Gamestop (Left out the code, duh :P)

As a customer outside of the continental United States, we are sending you an exclusive key code (instead of a disk) that you can use to get in on the Guild Wars Beta tests reserved just for pre-order customers! And will this affect my server? I don't want to be pigeon holed into the european server.

I don't know. I know I'd much rather have a Chimeric Prism than a Hammer though... It increases your primary attribute.

no problem as you choose your server and can visit anybody anyway

many people have been trying to get that little goodie by making a eu preorder so i would be happy with it

Bah! Certainly the smart game company understood that you live in a french speaking country, so naturally you would get the European pre-order!
