WTB max dmg axe with 15% -10 armor mod

I'm looking for a max dmg axe with the following damage mod :
+15% damage
-10 armor (when attacking)

other mods don't realy matter, but sundering would be appreciated.
as for looks, i'd prefer one of the following types : Summit Axe, Sickle, Serpent Axe, Hand axe.(i know some of those types are rare, specially with maxed out dmg mods, don't bother telling me that, save your keyboard for other replies) You can of course always post other types in here as well.

Just post what you have down here in a nice, informative post (not just "OMG, I HAVE WHAT YOU LOOK !!!!!111oneoneone").

include :
